What I've been reading

Long time, no review!

I’ve been such a slow reader recently which is why there hasn’t been any reviews recently! I thought I would give you an update on what I’ve been reading so you can know what review to expect from me soon.

My most anticipated release of the year is here!!

THE QUEEN OF NOTHING!!

I am almost 100 pages in and I am enjoying it so much! So far, the story is living up to my expectations and I love that there are twists and turns already! Holly Black does not hold back in giving us an action packed plot and that is one of the main reasons I love this series so much!

I think it’s common knowledge that I am not a hardcore fan of the cover. My Instagram stories will let you know that I have a massive phobia of snakes so I have removed the dust jacket and am enjoying a bare hardcover – that isn’t stopping me from enjoying the book though!

I’m taking my time reading The Queen of Nothing because I want to enjoy the final instalment in this series, so please keep this a spoiler free zone!

I’ve also been rereading a couple of my favourite books!

A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J Maas

The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky

I’ve been taking my time reading these and enjoying parts of the plot that I may have missed before! I’m alternating between the two which is something I haven’t ever done before but I’m weirdly managing to keep track of both books in a lot more detail than the first time I read each of them!

I’m going to feature a very detailed review of The Queen of Nothing when I finish it so keep an eye out!

Until Next Time,

Kristina
